For the electrical, open the truck up as much as possible to get the puddles out. I'm going to be vague because I'm a Gen1 guy, but you want to make sure there aren't any components just soaking in trapped water. Maybe pull the interior door trim so the power windows & locks can dry, etc. Until it dries out you'll get shorts in electrical connectors that will make everything act funny. Once it's all dry, then you'll have to start dealing with corrosion.

For the mechanical, take it to a car wash and spray all of that nasty sediment out of the frame, brakes, etc. Then obviously check your fluids for water contamination (differential, transfer case, transmission, etc).
