Hope you find your problem. Sounds like you've already gotten sound diag advise, but I wanted to say hello. I live in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho! and another guy on here "londart" live round here too in Cda. We'll have to have a mini rally some time.. I work at a small local shop and he works for a parts supplier. how cool is that!? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

*blush* thanks.. lol. Today I leave the shop long enough to walk next door to taco bell and grab lunch. A sportage walks up with a Waag Brushgaurd just like mine. I did a double take because those are huge rare items as is any aftermarket gaurds/bumpers are. In walks the lady who drives it and I ask her where she got it from.. She looked spooked that I even talked to her. Tried to get that brush gaurd for ya, Lonny. Depending on my mood I think they look better without the headlight/signal gaurd attachments. Then other times I think it makes it look like hitler, lol.

Spokane Kia,

Were waiting to hear an update on your Sportys issue. Was it the hold button? Or are you still working it? Keep us in the loop please.
My wife was climbing a hill when our Sporty died. The RPM's were acting all stupid too. The darn fuel filter was clogged up. RPM's would go up and down depending on if the fuel could pass through or not. Good luck.
