About 2 years ago, I bought the cheapest plastic rectangular fog lights from Harbor Freight for about $8.00 a set. Ran a heavy wire from the battery back to the rear jack compartment, then installed the relay that is triggered by the reverse lights. Held the lights (after cutting hem up to make them fit) in place with black silicone sealer and aimed them when the sealer was about 75% set.
Haven't fallen out yet and works great!

did you put the relay in the rear jack compartment. (i think thats what you said)if so, that is a good idea. completley out of the elements.ive had the harbour frieght cheapies. i like the walmart cheapies a little better. there 20 though.
the length of the wire from bat. to rear bumper is the besat reason to run a relay. i really like illuminated rocker switches also, because i am a dumb*ss and will leave them on every time i use them. many times ive noticed the light and been saved. and many times i havent and been screwed anyway.
i cant beleive everet was holdin out on us on this mod...2years! when was you gonna tell us? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
