Not all Kahr handguns are bad, my son had a compact polymer 9mm that ran like a Singer sewing machine. Go to www.sigform.com and inquire about the various Kahr models.

I've only owned two Kahrs. A PM40 and PM45 both subcompacts. The PM40 gave me lots of headaches and I ended up trading it in. Turned out the frame was cracked and that may have been the source of the problem.

The PM45 has fired reliably and I occasionly carry it concealed. The Kahr has by FAR the best semii-auto double action trigger that I've ever shot on a gun. And the PM45 has to be the lightest, most compact .45 ACP in existence.
