These pics might help as well. They are off a 1993 gen2 3.0 12v V6.

I presume it will be the same.

The red and blue goes to the rear matrix.

The red in the top and the red in the bottom pic is the same.

The long pipe on the intake plenum goes to the heater core's open pipe on the top picture.
