I have started a new thread because wheel, tire and lift size are important information to the viewers of the Kia-Forum.
I believe your personal information might find itself invaluable to the education and proper fitting of wheels and tires on SportagesÆ.
I also understand that we have threads with recommendations on lift and tire sizes for our rigs. This is not to divert from those threads.

I want to focus specifically on what our members are driving on now.

With your cooperation we can build a comprehensive library of what fits on a Sporty.
If you copy the following chart and fill in the sizes of what you roll on, then it will work.

Users Name:
Wheel Size:
Tire Size:
Lift Size:

2002 4dr Kia Sportage 4X4
Tires:235/75/15, Wheels: Black 15x8 Steel ProComp 2.5" B.S., Hubs:Warn Manual, Lift:3" UPYOURKIA, Trailer Hitch, Cargo Rack, Clinometer.

Lift Size: 4" UPYOURKIA front, TJ 106 AA's in rear, 1.4" body lift
Front bumper was replaced so no rubbing there, had to pound seam behind front wheel flat and roll lower part of fender under.

235 Wrangler's on my wife's 2 door AT ride really nice and don't bother the power too much like the 31's. If you have a daily driver, this may be the best compromise. Didn't seem to hurt gas mileage much, odometer is 10% off. Will be lifting it, mostly for fashion because the tire looks a little big.

I'm going to post pictures after lift.

After the heavy brush guard some rubbing in the front backside when reversing/turning!

Gotto fix that front drop!
