Users Name: ScottC Wheel Size: 15x8 Cragar soft 8 Tire Size: 30x9.5 BFG All Terrain T/A KO Lift Size: 4" UPYOURKIA front TJ rear springs. Had to put .25" spacers on the front wheels because they didn't clear the calipers (not enough offset <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" /> ). I have an EX with the fugly factory "body kit" so I had to do a little trimming on the front bumper cover and the "mudflap" part of the body trim so the front tires don't rub when turning. Nothing major though. ![[Linked Image]](http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/nn105/volvotech411/the%20KIA/th_IMG_1443.jpg)

ScottC, I had to do a little trimming on the front bumper cover and the "mudflap" part of the body trim so the front tires don't rub when turning. Nothing major though. I see the trimming you did on the front bumper in your pics on another thread, but I don't see where you trimmed the front mudflap part of the body panel. I have those stupid body panels on my Sporty too. I'm interested in what you did. I have 15x8 Wheels with 2.5" of backspacing. I'm concerned about clearance. I don't know if they will turn in the wheelwell. Main concern is the front wheelwell mudflap.

Users Name: Dryver Wheel Size: 15 x 8ish" Centerline Rims - 3.75" backspacing (bought used with tires already on them) Tire Size: 31x10.5 Hercules Terra Trac AT (30.3" actual diameter) Lift Size: 3" UYK front, TJ 104AA springs rear
Had to pound the seam flat and trim both the inner and outer fender behind the front tires. Originally trimmed the bumper, then removed outer shell. Have some steel to fab a new bumper but haven't gotten around to it yet.
Rubs only when turning in reverse during normal driving. Probably should have gone with the 4" UYK. Might add a 1.4" body lift in the spring if I can get all of the rusted body mount bolts loose. (Dang Ohio salted roads...)
01 Convertible; Electric Fan; 3" Up Your Kia lift spacers; Tj 104's; 31x10.5x15's on Centerlines; Rear LSD. GONE, all I have left are a few spare parts and the wheels.

I started about an inch inward along the bottom edge and cut up and angled it over as I went up, giving it just enough room for the tire to clear it when turning the wheels. I'll try to get a picture for you.
