This is quote from the current road conditions (28th March) from the DV NPS site:

Wildrose Charcoal Kilns Road - Open to Charcoal Kilns; CLOSED beyond kilns due to snow and ice.


If the road up to Charcoal Kilns is open, then there is a very good chance that Pleasant Canyon loop may be passable by the middle of April. The Charcoal Kilns are rather high in elevation, and they are very close to the Pleasant Canyon, so the conditions must be similar.
