Getting the Wheeling Fever

Yea I hear and I would only assume that a new part out of the box would be working but I only checked the old one because I wasn't hearing that humming sound coming from the tank when you turn the key to start it up . Sorry I did fail to mention that I did pull the hose off the tank side of the fuel filter to see if it was pumping at all and it was not. So of course when I need the meter the most it wouldn't work either which hopefully I'll have one this afternoon to check and see if there's any voltage getting back to the tank. Any other thought?
