Well for anyone that would like the information for future use. I found the problem with my truck... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" /> After talking with a buddy of mine I jumpered the relay to have constant power to the fuel pump and wiggled the wire going to the top of the tank which it got power and I could hear the pump start. So after all of this it was the plug where you disconnect the tank to drop it down apparently would short out and only work some of the time <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />. Cut the plug out and put in some covered spade lugs and it works like a charm now...go figure. Hopefully this helps others if they ever come across a problem like this too.
