Getting the Wheeling Fever

I ahve a 1987 dodge raider and the carb is shot and I was wondering if there is an option for a carb besides the weber.In the future I am going to do a sas and I am trying to figure out what engine to use. I am toying with a dodge v-6 or a smal block mopar. I am going to run 35 inch tires when I do the swap. So I am trying to figure out which engine to use. any imput would be great.
