Getting the Wheeling Fever

The question I asked are there any other options besides a webber for a carb. Also I was wondering if you guys would prefer a v-6 vs a v-8 . I did look at all of the threads and thats why I am asking this question about the engine. There are alot of stock engine vehicles on here , so I was wondering what you guys would do.
