That would be it. I must admit to not knowing it by that term so perhaps I will get further tomorrow calling around using that name. As for the place you mention, I assume that is a store, but not one we have around here. But those you find on the "help aisle", is it a universal type thing then? It felt to me like there might be a "right one" and I would hate to put something in there that was too soft and leaves me back here again in a few weeks, but I would hate even more to put in one that was too hard and have something worse happen.....
