Yes I got both pieces out. In fact they both fell out when I took the pulley back off. I saw that it was a roll pin but that's what made me wonder if there is a "right" thickness or something like that. I will go to ace in the morning as soon as they open if you think that is a good idea.

As for torquing it down myself, I have a torque wrench that can handle 184NM (135ft-lbs right?), at least that is what I believe I read. Someone correct me if I am wrong. As for holding the pulley while I do, I have some 1/4 bar steel and some bolts that fit in it holes so I thought I could make the yolk type tool pretty easily. Again, if this is a mistake someone please set me straight, but I need this running again ASAP.

Oh, is the hole in the pulley supposed to be completely round? On mine, it looks a little oval though it also does not look like it is irregular or gouged in any way, but it does not look truly round either.
