No problem on the distance, I will get it figured out. I am using the next size up though, in that the bolt is a 14mm (or roughly 9/16ths), and the bit that came with the kit is 37/64ths. To put it another way, the hole was at 0.5512", and the bit I am using is 0.5781. The only other bits I can find anywhere are 0.5512 and 0.5906. 9/16ths is kind of in between at 0.5625, but for some reason no one seemed to have it on the shelf earlier when I was out looking (ACE and Harbor Freight anyway). As for seizing, I am doing it by hand, very slow, and not using much force at all so I don't think that's too much of an issue. Still, it is annoying. I am now going through the FSM looking for a diagram of the intake plenum because I have been meaning to do the spark plugs anyway so the rope trick, maybe along with something in the fly wheel might be worth doing. Any tips on taking the plenum off anyone?
