Test the ecu coolant temp sensor, the two wire one on the themostat neck with the wire tabs in a tee shape. pretty cheap part if you don't have an ohmeter to test it.

Need a Spot
This is EXACTLY what mine is doing. It starts fine when it has been sitting. I run to the gas station for an Energy drink (engine nice and warm) come out and no start, cranks forever.......wait about 15 minutes and it starts fine. I have a new fuel pump, new wires, plugs, cap, rotor....I'm at a loss.
