The five speed ratios are supposed to be:

2.136
1.36

0.856

I ran the numbers though the convenient calculator (see link), and other than fifth, nothing stands out.

Forth seemed a bit off (40 measured vs 46 calculated) but that's probably within the accuracy of the tach and the speedo.

At the point me recommendation would be to pull the pan and verify that the shifter rods are moving as each gear is selected and what gear is being engaged

OD on that tranny is an external setup.

Your numbers support what you think is happening, the question is how? There was a four speed version of this tranny but that does not explain how you have a fifth gear position on your shifter that is the same as fourth.

3200 RPM on fourth should get you to 60 MPH and 71 MPH in fifth (assuming 29" tires).
