Hello, when I bought my son a 1988 Isuzu 2.6 4X4 Pickup, the seller gave us a new cam which he had never installed. The truck is long gone, but I still have the cam and want to know what it is. Here are the ID marks & description:

It appears new, not reground, that is, the bearing journals are polished, the cam lobes are not.It came with a small yellow vial of grease, and was rolled up in brown corrugated paper. I'm sure it originally had additional packaging and info.

The cam has the following markings:

CWC
EP 218
D1 near gear end
pink and blue paint dots near gear end
B ?? 1 (can't quite make out entire image)

Any ideas? Thanks!
