Yes, or you can simply redrill your own flanges:

It looks like I could take a front drive line and have it re-sized "Lengthened" to use as a rear drive line.

Any hints or tips on this subject?

Personally I LOVE my auto transmission and 5.29 gears, standard case.
I can go any speed I want, crawl or fast. Yeah it won't win a 1/4 mi race, but who cares.
People rag on the a/t but IMO, being able to crawl along and not have to do the 3-legged dance makes it totally worth it.

With 200+ Billion electrical parts, the world most complicated machine is inside your own skull.

Question Reality.

See if you have a local drive line shop, take the shaft there with the length you measure flange to flange and they can re-tube it to the length you need. Have them use a heavier wall tubing while you are at it, will hold up to rocks better. Or send it off to High Angle Driveline and they can fix it up for you.

Is there a thread that covers the installation and setup of dual transfer cases?

Thanks for the link.

What I had in mind was a things to do list after the dual T-cases were installer with tips and hints.

Such as .... maintaining drive line angles.
Rotate rear end shorten rear drive line and install a CV Joint. Will I need a speedometer extension?
Something to follow along with. Something that maps out first things first and a parts list.

I'm sure someone has already done this before.

Sort of takes care of itself, you are just moving the front/rear flanges back.

Usually yes, unless you have about 6.5" slack in your current cable and you have a mechanical speedo. If electrical, see if the wires are long enough.
