well on the radio this past week...they advertised that Google street view for my city has been added. and I remember 6 months ago passing the google car on Ross street. well I just punched it in and sure enough there I am driving.

Go to Google maps, punch in "3542 Ross St, Red Deer, AB, Canada" and you will see my blue Pajero with the roof rack passing the camera.

Wow, that's cool. There you are. I can't get a view into your window though.

I'm driving on the right side of the truck anyways...if you click the little arrows on the street you can see me at different angles haha.

When they drove down my street a few years back, my neighbor was up on my roof doing a repair for me. I can see him staring down their truck like "What in the...?"

It's a pretty cool feature, but has, for obvious reasons, created quite the controversy in many locales, as well as by many concerned citizens.

yeah the front plate is a old 1984 Alberta plate (don't ask me why I have it on there). my roommate has a VW and european front plate on which is also blurred.

Wouldn't be surprised if that happened here either, esp in my neck o' woods.

Great. Now the crooks can case your place without cruising by. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />
