It's nothing more than a concealed pistol with a higher capacity mag. In fact it's less concealable than a typical pistol, like the Glock it's modelled after, but you can carry it openly without anyone knowing what it was.

I don't see how it's "more" scary than an average person walking around with a concealed Glock in a holster or fanny pack or notebook or purse? Because that's essentially all it is.

Unfortunately, despite just being a pistol, because it has a stock, I believe it would be classified as a short barrel rifle and therefore illegal to purchase and own without a tax stamp. And if it's fully auto, then it's truly an LE or military only weapon...if it were ever produced.
