So, here I am, sitting in the motorhome in Ocotillo Wells....
I was sitting by a fire but it got rather warm...
I am now sitting in the MH with the AC on (after 9 pm) in order to cool it down to a comfortable sleeping temperature...
Great pictures.
BTW, a couple of nights ago, I was freezing...

I have a couple of GB of video I'll try and post up. If anyone knows of any basic / free video editing software, let me know. I need to edit the video for content to also make it more upload/download friendly. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cyclops.gif" alt="" />

Was that truck off the trail when he got stuck? The burgundy Tacoma that's being winched in the photo right before the photo where everyone's standing around? Yes he was off in the deep stuff parallel to the road. His path was quite long so he went a ways before hitting an even deeper section. Numerous trucks from various groups bogged down in the same area, creating quite the traffic jam. People tried to pass by veering over to the thicker stuff at the side of the road, only to become stuck themselves. It was amusing watching one rig pull out another, only to have to reverse the rescue operation before the strap was even removed... first pulling one way, then the other. We spent over an hour in that one spot, it was great fun though. We never even made it past that area, but it was more because of the traffic than anything else. We certainly would have kept going!
