Body Damage is Cool
All right Danny I feel like an idiot asking but how did you drop it down? Is the roll cage going thru the body to the frame? And you just lifted the body. I've spent way too much time looking at your pics to have not figured it out , so clue me in please. Thanks.

Here's a pic that should shed some light on things.

If you look at the original pics there's about 12" of straight tube at the lower part of each hoop leg, for the purpose of being able to lower the entire cage, after tacked, to weld tops. I'll have to weld in the ceiling triangulation also, while the cage is lowered and tops are accessible. Hope it makes more sense now.

Looks like you changed your front Radius arms. I thought they were from a ford truck.

Same ones, they are 2" DOM welded to the wedge part of the Ford arm.

So your saying those tubes that are extended downward aren't for dropped running boards?

Just kidding, nice work!

Finally got some work done on the cage.

Rock sliders that tie into the cage mounts, and body mounts.

Dash tube installed with the two tubes that go through the firewall to tie into the underhood part of the cage.

Where are you gonna put the hydraulic pumps so you can jump it?

Seriously, that is sick nice, except I'd put in a diagonal bar somewhere to triangulate one of the loops.

Yeah, there will be more triangulation to come, on the b-hoop and the dash area, too. I'm also thinking about running a tube from the floor to the roof bend of the a-pillar.
