John, I'm not trying to start any urinary olympics. If you look at a NASCAR cage, if there's a bend, it's also reinforced in some manner.

I've also had to help cut a girl out of a poorly designed cage. On the side of a mountain. In 6" of snow and slush. And she had 4 broken vertebrae. I'm not an expert on cages by any stretch of the imagination. I do understand a little physics and try to apply it when designing the cages I've been party to building.

I said all that to say, if it doesn't HAVE to be bent, don't bend it.
