I think the whole roof is going to be semigloss black, would be after it's put back together, though. The seams of the roof chop need a little help too, probly another sanding and spot filling. The idea is to make straight sided triangles, the only stable geometric shape. The extra fitting bends make the sections into at least quadrilaterals, and polygons with over 3 sides are inherently unstable. I WOULD NOT depend on that cage to be any stronger than the truck roof structure. It is pretty, but it scares me... Not responsible for advice not taken... This is a weekend trail rig, not a comp rig and the goal was to tuck the tubes close to the body to save cabin space.
