I know bent tubes are not ideal but its a trade-off between comfort/driveability and strength. This is a weekend trail rig, not a comp rig and the goal was to tuck the tubes close to the body to save cabin space. To suggest that this cage is not any stronger than the original roof structure because of some 15* bends sounds a little silly to me.
