I was going through this post and found the 3doffroad.com
Funny thing is I started this website 2yrs ago for my old boss.I clicked on it and went stright to the site!
Kind of weird because he asked me a week ago if I would work on it again. My montero is in one of the pic's in the back ground on the 4sale page.

What a trip, Brings me back. That was a fun Job... Until The economy fell on its face.

Don't taint our image with any DSM talk or labeling, We are not driving DSMs. The closest thing to DSM in our Mitsu 4x's is KM145's and torqueflite trans in early models, the rest of the trucks are pure.

DSM is for the DSMs...

Edit:
Toasty's was on the next screen from when I replied. Needless to say, I think he raises a good point .

I grew up in Peoria, IL, and graduated from Illinois State University in Normal, IL, just as the DSM plant was being built out (as I recall). Lots of people got jobs out of the deal. Take the good with the not-so-good. There was also a famous sexual harassment suit that came out of that plant, part of the not-so-good.

They don't make 4x4's there, I and Mitsubishi won't allow it. Building Monteros is a much too important job for union workers.
