Or better yet, combo of heat/freeze.
Get a can of "air" like you'd use to blow off a keyboard.
When you hold it upside down and spray... very very cold.

So you can heat the part of the outside, get it nice and hot, the shock it w/ freezing. The sudden temp change will causei t to shift and often break loose.
