FYI, this is not some special deal that this guy worked out with TRD. Until November 30, ALL superchargers are on sale to Toyota dealers. My local dealer gives me 25% off everything and he told me about this supercharger sale, it is nationwide.

So it may pay for you all to check with your local dealer if you don't want to pay shipping.

Shipping is a lot less than tax where I am. $1700 will give me $140 in tax. No thanks.

Believe most states require charging the sales tax on internet, catalog, and phone orders. Sounds like a good price but a little confusion out here still. Is it only one dealer or all dealers? East Coast here and my local shop is closed so I can't call tonight but I will in the morning. More detail on what are the other upgrades you seriously need to make if you go for the supercharger. Thanks.

Urgent message from my wallet:

Dear 4Runner Forum,

Damn you all. I struggle tirelessly to get fatter and thicker, and you all come along and post something as irresistable as this. As though a new supercharger for 1700 + change is not tempting enough, you suddenly show up and say "hey, how about a TT 4Runner for everyone!" What the heck! How am I supposed to afford rent or food now as these things have suddenly become secondary items. I will get my revenge.... I don't know how, but I will get .... my .... revenge!!!

signed, my incredible shrinking wallet

....<sniff>.... I love you guys... <sniff>

And they have free shipping.

All the goodies are included. (belt, tensioner, etc)

YES - All dealers are getting discounts from TRD now on the superchargers, but they will not go as low as they should. I called a couple places here in Phoenix and $2400 is as low as they would go, which is over $2500 w/ tax.

I hope this helps to clear up some confusion. I was not told that all dealers were getting a break until yesterday, but still $1700 + shipping is easily $25-$50 better than Romania Toyota, and WAY better than your local dealers.

What are the chances that in another year there is still significant overstock and the S/C's are offered at $1,350.00 or less???
Just wondering if I should bite at this or wait???
