As I recall Gary is in the nursing profession. As you may or may not know they tend to work multiple shifts/days. Similar to full time fireman here in the states. So he may not be able to respond on a timely basis. Also, you have to deal with the time/day difference between here and Australia. So give him a chance, I'm sure he'll respond.
