I did some searching and was able to find the part number for aisin manuals which apparently applys to all monteros.

MB160940 (Aisin pn FHM-002) metal dial
MB886389 (Aisin pn FHM-003) plastic dial

IIRC, they're around $225 a piece. I'd hold out for the new Rugged Ridges...

Last I checked, rugged ridge are on backorder til the end of may, and I suspect they may discontinue our model, just as superwinch did.

btw, I also found a exploded diagram of the locking hub, with individual part numbers for those who need to rebuild theirs

Where has everyone been on the RR hubs? They had a few "for free for testing." The ones I got looked good, as did Brendan say about the Zu ones he got. They looked so good that they needed a real tester, so Toasty now has mine. Once the guy at RR says it's okay yo talk about them in detail, Toasty will let fly I'm sure.
