Hey, I grew up where there were roads signs saying "No discs or lugs on pavement", and I've actually seen one like that, belonged to the guy I used to work for, a gentleman farmer, Reynolds Metals maintenance machinist, Circuit Court Clerk, and maker of home made cannons and most fine corn whiskey (our one mixing of the last two was sort of a mistake - his barn suffered holiness and his wife would not speak to me for a year and one of his milk cows dried up). He also had a restored steam tractor that had belonged to his father, a really awesome beast. His next door neighbor was the Probate Judge, who went to the office in overalls, a collarless white shirt, Gum sole Ked's oxfords, and a huge straw hat. A gentleman farmer is one who didn't run an account at the crossroads store, but paid cash instead.

Very neat old tractor, brought back some treasured memories...
