Getting the Wheeling Fever
|
I recently replaced the clutch for the cooling fan and i guess the car is cooing off too much because when I'm driving down the highway it will suddenly downshift because of the 4th gear lockout. It was all fine before the clutch was replaced but on hot days it would overheat in traffic. I have replaced all the sensors around the thermostat and also have a newer radiator. I can't stand driving on the highway in 3rd gear much longer.
Now I'm looking at going electric unless someone can help me out. I've looked at the post for the electric fan installation but does anyone know where to buy a kit to do it or point me in the right direction to buying the parts?
Thanks for the help,
