95 was the 1st year on the 24 valve on our side of the pond.
I think the bolt still works but why try. There are millions of 12 valves out there.
The 24 valve has wide black valve covers with the spark plug in the middle of the cover.
Getting another Japanese engine might be cheaper. Seems like a rearer ewngine from a monty makes them charge more for it. The holendaze doesn't say they interchange because of the induction.
They intewrchange just fine.
