I have done some research and found the following reags for each state:

Australian Capital Territory (ACT),Northern Territory (NT), and Western Australia (WA) all refer to the National Standards

Queensland has a brief description, but mainly refers to National code


Victoria describes their own.

Whilst I could not find any documents for South Australia (SA) or Tasmania, so they would most likely using the National standards.
