ya I had the glass out of mine and really didnt know what I was looking at. in the channel running to the back does it have cable pulling it back? mine only has cable in the front side. mine only opens 4 to 6" and stuck. so I dont know if the cable is broke or if its another problem. what would make it stop from going any farther than the 4to6"? what I might have to do is drop the whole unit and take apart and see.
