Maybe, I'm considering making my own fenders, cutting the ones i have or getting a set of blister fenders. I did find a set of Evo fenders but they are fiberglass and that won't hold up to our terrain and they're overpriced.

Oh, it's not running yet but i think it's close. LT is going to come over on sunday and wire the 2.4 harness into the truck harness and we'll see if it runs then. I tried it on my own last weekend and it doesn't get any spark and some things aren't getting power yet.

so is that a later 4g64 out of a mont sport? I asume it's still a wideblock engine? I was thikning about this swapo last night That or a turbo g54b. Have you thought about just buying some forged pistons for the 4g64 then running a 1g turbo twin cam head and having a 2.4l beast? I'm assuming the evo engine you are talking about is the v6 with all that goody mivec stuff?

My 2.4 came from a '94 pickup, the evo engine i was refering to was the Lancer evo engine (2.0) but can be built on a 2.4 block as posted above. The Mivec V6 from the Paj Evo would probably be the coolest thing ever though and if i had the money i would jump on that but since i'm somewhat on the poor side so i'll be rocking this engine for a while and hopefully slowly piecing together a 4g63T

And I don't think I'm gonna sell my extra head/valvetrain parts. Because we all know what 4g63 dohc motors are really good at doing........

It runs! not well but it idles on its own now. I think it's slightly out of time it won't rev up and the idle is rough. At some RPM it really smooths out (i don't know what RPM because my tach doesn't work yet). I need to get a clutch fan bolted up befor i can start tuning the engine and i need to bolt together the exhaust so that the cab doesn't fill with fumes forcing me out It's finally coming along though!
