As far as backup lights go the Japanese spec tail lights have backup lights in them and our truck are already wired for them.

Thanks for all the comments, I'm going to put some 55w reverse lights on like on my '99. I really like having flood lights in reverse. Mud flaps are not required for SUVs or wagons, so hopefully i can blend in with all the comp cut jeeps around here and not get pulled over. If i can come up with a removable mudflap bracket that will hang the mud flaps behind the tires I might go get me some FUSO mud flaps <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" /> I don't think there are rear bumper requirements here for light duty non commercial trucks.
