I don't remember the company name but at this point... 'search' is your friend. It's been mentioned on the forums before. Let me know if you have difficulty with the forum search engine.

How are you using the forum search? More specifically what search term(s) are you using and how are you entering it in the search field? Also are you restricting the search by date at all or have you expanded that date? And which forums are you searching?

I could tell you exactly how to find it but that would defeat the purpose of showing you how to search so in the future it can be a useful feature for you.

I first selected all. then put idle air control rebuild. then selected 5 years. that brought up all the stuff that had rebuild motors and everything else. then typed idle air control. brought up nothing of what I was looking for. went into mits. tech only and still didnt see it. tried IAC, IAC rebuild.

many thanks

Here's what I found when I did a search...
http://www.4x4wire.com/forums/showflat.p...true#Post861429

Near the bottom of the thread they discuss how the DSM guys have an article on testing and rebuilding an ISC.

I found it by searching for '+rebuilt' and '+isc'. Putting a + in front of each search term tells the search engine that this term must be in the post. I also extended the date range to anything in the past 7 years and restricted the search to just the Mitsu Tech forum and the Mitsu Archive forum.

a buddy of mine told me a trick. take apart and screw it all the way in and let it self adjust... went from 1700 rpm and after about 10 minutes it was back to 700 rpm. still has the bad idle. still running rich.. next?? not the tps. thats fine. how about the purge valve for the emissions?

many thanks
