I wasn't talkin about those diffs that fail after a short time of highway drivin. I was talkin about the highway drivers that worked great then went offroading/heavy towing and the bearings went south or the tubes popped out the housing etc... Those may be from improper construction, but more likely from lower quality/incompatible materials.
