Hmmm. My 92-95 manual says they are on the footwell sidewall, just above the bottom edge of the dash, but the hand drawn diagrams aren't all that clear. If you have a diagnostic connector behind the glove box, the two terminals are upper right and lower left, catch at the top.

Not responsible for advice not taken...
