No reason you couldn't make something like that. We have a truck that we have a 14" drop on it. We gussetted it for strength and it wrks great. You are basically doing the same thing just going the other way. If you can envision it it could be made. Someone told me that a long time ago and as long as I can explain it to a competent fabricator, I have been able to get things made.
