So the tranny and TC are toast? I hope not, cause I had a hard time trying to find the engine. Now transmissions issues <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/barf.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> Could it still be rebuildable?

Yeah the mechanic was recommended to me by the previous owner of the my Montero.

If I do need a new tranny, can anyone recommend a shop or parts store near the San Gabriel, CA area.
