Can anyone help out with this one?

I looked across the road at the car and noticed a wet patch on the bottom of the inside of the tire wall under the car - back passenger side. My first thought was a small dog had gone under the truck and pissed there, but I looked again an hour later it was still wet. Took a closer look and I think perhaps a brake line/cylinder seal has gone and it's dumped a large amount of fluid into the wheel and then it's pooled up and overflowed down the tyre wall. Will the fluid have damaged the tire at all? (Goodyear Wrangler.)
