the V6 brakes might be bigger anyways. Better to just order them for your vehicle.

Edit, I don't want to go off topic. But is your garage floor real tile? How did you jack the rear wheel off the ground without cracking it? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> I would love to have a tile floor for easy cleanup, but I would have to install a lift in my garage to keep from breaking it. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> Funny I was asking myself that exact same question!

Maybe someone can chime in if I am wrong but with the american drum car there is an adjuster at the bottom of the drum assembaly and it needs to be adjuster when everything is back togethor so that the pads just barely touch the drum when you turn the wheel. Good luck with it. At least you are on the right track and should have it fixed no time. Adjuster is at the top, right under the wheel cylinder, Funny I just noticed the exact same thing on my own truck. I did my own brakes and I am very anal so don't beat up the shop too bad. I blame mine on trying to save a few bucks. And actually it is a 12mm wrench for the wheel cylinder bolts and the bleeder/brake line is 10 mm. plus Spring tools are the best thing ever!!

Stockraider - 10mm open for the brake line and bleed screw, 12mm closed for the cylinder, lots of swearing and a screwdriver for the 2 tiny circlips holding the handbrake cable parts.
Pliers work better, for the clips. I would need to take a picture to explain.

In any case, most decent quality tile will hold up just fine in a garage as long as it is installed properly and a reasonable amount of care is used with tools. Sorry for the hijack. John B.
