So, you're obviously still not dead, and I see that you are able to find your old for sale thread, so I figured I'd refresh your memory of your continuing BS promises to send me the parts I paid you for. If you feel like actually making good this time around, use the address I sent you a year ago and send me my air pump. I owe it to the good person who stepped up and gave me one on "permanent" loan since you never came through.

I have the email that you sent to Bruno and I stating that you'd sell the two locked axles and compressors for $250 so don't come here with that crap about how you were doing me a favor. You caused me far more headache than help. Thanks...

Yes, that's right, because in life we all get to take people's money, make promises, not keep them, and then get butt hurt about the people we screwed over trying to get what is rightfully theirs. Then, only after all of this, we get to send the parts that rightfully belong to the person we did business with to a third party because we're too proud to come back and actually close the deal we fell through on. That's EXACTLY how life works!

We all have problems, and I'm glad you're ok, man. The fact remains that you screwed me over, and I don't take well to that. Communication is virtually free, and you chose not to contact me despite your statement that it was "on your mind." I don't know...

got your addy jon. its boxed up, labeled, and ready. you will have a tracking number tomorrow

Since its boxed up and ready to ship since a year ago, how about you ship it immediately to the person who paid you for it and stop trying to stall and delay the transaction with any further BS? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" />

Steve, come on man. Just send Jon the pump or his money. You and I have spoke in the past and I have bought parts from you. I don't understand the deal here. If you have an ounce of respect for him, it's surely less stress and hassle to just take the darn thing to the post office.

Yeah, I'll take most any believable excuse, and I bet Jon will as soon as he opens the box, just send the parts. We're worth it. So are you.

Steve:

I am glad to hear that you are alive and have the ability to read posts.

So, let me bring you into reality.

You have a contractual agreement with Jon. Your obligation is to satisfy that contractual agreement.

Working out an agreement with a third party does not satisfy your existing contractual agreement.

So, come clean and own up to your commitments.

He's shown everyone how trustworthy he isn't... I guess people don't change even when you give them an opportunity to do so.

I'd personally like to make all the forums he's on aware of his actions. Hate thieves and con artists...
