You should be able to listen fer the fuel pump when you turn the ignition to the "On" position but do not try to start the engine.

The things you need to establish first is...does it have fuel, air, and spark?

Do you know if there are any codes stored? You can pull the codes without the engine running with an ODBII scanner. I use Scangauge II to monitor my engine status as well as being able to pull codes. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
