Need a Spot

Over the last couple weeks I have noticed an ever bumpier ride every time I go over a manhole or pothole. I've got the Eibach suspension lift along with a 3.75" body lift, so is the length on the stock struts adequate? Which struts and shocks should I be using? Thanx in advance.

2000 with Eibach Suspension lift,Warn man. hubs,K&N air filter,15x8 mags with 31's, 3.75" body lift.
