I know this may be a dumb Q, but will I have to adjust the new TPS to spec like i did 2day, or is it bolt on and rock?

Pull the throttle body, install, adjust, re-install. Start truck, check timing jumpered-re-time if necessary, pull jumper and see if engine idle goes up. It should. Adjust RPM to @900. With the cam, I find it works better at this RPM. Smoother idle. At 750, it is a bit lumpy.
Enjoy

I have a friend coming over this a.m. to readjust/replace his TPS. I checked it yesterday and it was above spec at IDL and would "float" all over.
I suspect it is gummed up and will attempt to clean it. I have a few good spares just in case.
Saturday fun, wheeling tomorrow! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
