Well, I was kinda all over the place with projects this weekend...but luckily they pretty much all ended up being on the truck:

-Disassembled the heads and took them to the machine shop
-Disassembled, cleaned and reassembled the climate blower, and installed new foam on the flapper.
-Painted passenger side of engine compartment...not beautiful, but an improvement
-Analyzed the MAF mounting situation...looks like mounting it to the Gen 1 can should be pretty straightforward. I'll probably have to do some custom ducting, but I'm sure McMaster-Carr will have all I need.
-More wiring harness sorting. Isolated rear section of Gen1 harness in preparation to merge it into the Gen 2. Probably will do the same thing with the Gen 1 horn/headlight/washer/etc section that goes forward from the firewall. Looks like I'll have to do a lot of connector swapping for things like door locks, windows, climate etc.
